General
EVAZION is for all those who want to travel differently, enjoying the van life in complete serenity, and discovering authentic spots and micro-adventures.
EVAZION offers exceptional private spots, far from other spots that are often overcrowded and do not guarantee the legality of being able to settle there or even far from the campsites that are usually full and where we often find ourselves on top of each other.
The project started in early 2022. We have built our team, raised our first funds, launched our communication, and launched a first offer in Brittany in the summer of 2022. We are now expanding to other territories in France, Belgium and Portugal. Other regions in Europe will be covered later.
Via our website we are currently available in French, English, and Dutch. The mobile application is currently in French and English.
Our ambition is to cover the whole of Europe, but we will grow step by step, involving our community members to guide our choices.
- Do I have to take out a subscription?
No. Payment is made per night reserved on one of our spots. - Do I need my own van to travel with EVAZION?
No. You can of course travel with your own van or roof tent but you can also rent a van or tent to travel. We have a partnership with Blacksheep who offers vans for rent. Horizon Tents which allows you to rent or buy a roof tent with all the comforts that can be adapted to any type of vehicle or Road For Sens which offers you to fit out your own van. Need to rent a van or a roof tent ? We invite you to discover our partners. - How many nights can I stay at each spot?
3 nights maximum. - How many vehicles are allowed on a spot?
A maximum of 3, depending on each spot. We want to preserve the peace and quiet of the van lifers and the local residents, as well as the exclusive character of each spot. - What types of vehicles are allowed?
Vans, but also cars equipped with roof tents, or converted vans. We do not guarantee access to motor homes. - Do I have to reserve a pitch?
A site can have several spots (maximum 3 places), one spot is reserved per vehicle. - Can I reserve a field at the very last minute?
Yes, if it is still available in the mobile app!
Each spot currently rents for 30 euros (incl. VAT) per night in July and August, and 20 euros (incl. VAT) for the rest of the year. This price includes the remuneration of the site owners and the ambassadors we are recruiting in order to expand and continue to improve our offer, particularly in terms of the experiences on offer.
In addition to the price, there's the tourist tax that we're obliged to collect and pay to the local authorities. This amounts to 60 centimes per night and per pitch.

Yes, unless otherwise indicated on the land sheet available in our application. Travelers commit themselves in the EVAZION charter to respect and cleanliness, this rule is also valid for animals.
Park4night offers all kinds of spots, many of which are camping sites, but they do not allow you to book a spot. The most interesting spots are often overcrowded, or do not guarantee the legality of being able to set up there.
We appreciate feedback, and all useful information about our spots. But most of all, we count on you to help us expand, by helping us find new spots in new regions. We are looking for 'ambassadors', who know a region, can introduce us to the authorities, and help us to acquire land use rights from the owners.
road trips
Each lot is described in our application. Unless otherwise indicated, the sites are bare and do not offer any amenities. You must therefore be equipped with a toilet in order to preserve the spot. In case of need, there are economical and portable solutions, for example: here is the link
Yes, go to our application to select your spots and design your trip. If you want help to design your trip, go to the TRAVEL page.
Once your trip is booked, you'll receive access to our mobile app that makes it easy to find the spots you've booked and lists a variety of authentic experiences to enjoy near your bivouac location.
In addition, you have access to the EVAZION travelers' WhatsApp group to exchange tips and advice.
In case of problems, you will also find in the application all the information to contact EVAZION and get help.
We have a Whatsapp group set up for this purpose, you can post a message via the group at any time to ask for help from the community or send us an email directly with a description of the problem and photos if necessary.
A reservation can be cancelled up to 48 hours before your arrival time which is 12:00 noon local time. If your cancellation is registered within the time limit, the reservation will be refunded at 100%.
Hosts
Yes, please contact us by email at hello@evazion.cowith a description of the land (location, possible facilities, nearby attractions, availability, ...) and some pictures. The land must meet our promise to offer exclusive spots.
Each owner commits to entrust his land to us. Together with the EVAZION community, we commit ourselves to take care of it. The owner will soon be able to book in the calendar of the mobile app time slots are not available.
In order to make everything clear, a contract is signed that specifies the commitments of each party.
EVAZION transfers 40% of the collected sums to the hosts, that is to say 29,75€ VAT excluded per night and per spot. The basic price is 36€ VAT included.
All EVAZION travelers agree to sign a charter, if they do not respect this charter, they will be excluded from the EVAZION community. Our general terms and conditions of sale also specify that the traveler can be held responsible for any damage he or she may cause to a property, whether voluntary or involuntary.
You tell us and we block them in the schedule. And very soon you will be able to do it yourself directly in the mobile app.
It is vital to send us an email with a description of the facts. If the van lifer's behaviour does not comply with our charter, he/she will be excluded from the community and will not be able to use our services.
